Associate Consultant (Remote)

Keystone Procurement is seeking an organised, analytical and motivated Associate Consultant to join our growing procurement consultancy. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience as a junior consultant, paralegal, legal executive, business analyst or a similar analytical role who is looking to build a long-term career in procurement consulting.


Working directly with the company's directors, you will support client projects, conduct research, coordinate project activities, prepare documentation, and contribute to the successful delivery of consultancy assignments across Ireland and the European Union.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of procurement consultancy projects.
  • Conduct research and analyse information.
  • Prepare reports, presentations and client communications.
  • Coordinate project activities, timelines and documentation.
  • Support tender administration and procurement processes.
  • Maintain accurate records and internal systems.
  • Assist with business development and administrative activities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in a fully remote environment.


Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' relevant professional experience.
  • Background in consulting, business analysis, legal/paralegal, procurement or a related analytical role.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.


Desirable

  • Experience in public procurement or tendering.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, WordPress or social media.
  • Relevant qualifications in business, law, procurement or related disciplines.
