About the role: We are a small team building something big. We are looking for a sharp communicator who can help tell the Zana story as we launch and grow across Africa. You will work directly with the founder and have real ownership from day one.
What you will do:
- Run and grow Zana's LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram and TikTok pages
- Write and send user emails and platform updates
- Create posts, reels and short videos that speak to African freelancers and businesses
- Manage our WhatsApp and Discord communities
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and grow our online presence
- Share freelancer success stories as transactions happen
What we are looking for:
- Strong written English, French is a plus
- Understands how to grow an audience on LinkedIn, Twitter/X and TikTok
- Passionate about Africa and the future of work
- Self-starter who does not wait to be told what to do
- Student or recent graduates welcome
