Using vehicle-linked smart tags, real-time transaction records, and centralized reporting, businesses can manage how fuel is purchased, monitor spending, and improve accountability across their fleets.

Job Description

Vetrol is hiring aCorporate Sales Executive to grow its business customer base across Rwanda.

This is a full-time, primarily field-based role for ambitious sales professionals who can identify prospective corporate customers, reach the right decision-makers, understand their operational challenges, and demonstrate how Vetrol can help them manage their fleet operations and fuel expenses more effectively.

You will manage the complete sales process—from prospecting and initial outreach to presentations, proposals, negotiation, and closing. You will work closely with Vetrol’s internal teams to ensure that newly signed customers transition smoothly into onboarding.


Requirements

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities among companies and organizations operating vehicle fleets.
  • Build a strong sales pipeline through field visits, calls, email outreach, referrals, networking, and other prospecting channels.
  • Research prospective customers and identify relevant decision-makers in management, finance, procurement, operations, and fleet management.
  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand how prospective customers currently purchase, control, and monitor fuel.
  • Deliver clear and compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Explain Vetrol’s value in relation to each customer’s needs and operational challenges.
  • Prepare proposals and follow up consistently with prospective customers.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and move qualified opportunities toward closure.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, opportunities, and next steps in Vetrol’s CRM.
  • Work toward agreed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with Vetrol’s operations team to support the successful onboarding of new customers.
  • Share customer feedback, objections, competitive information, and market insights with the wider team.
  • Represent Vetrol professionally during customer meetings, field visits, networking opportunities, and industry events.

Qualifications

  • At least two years of proven B2B sales experience.
  • Experience prospecting for new customers and managing opportunities through the full sales cycle.
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Confidence communicating with business owners, senior managers, finance teams, procurement teams, and other decision-makers.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and present technology-based solutions in clear business language.
  • Professional proficiency in English and Kinyarwanda.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or good computer skills with a strong willingness to learn.
  • Willingness and ability to travel across Rwanda for customer meetings and field activities.
  • A proactive, resilient, accountable, and results-oriented approach to work.

Experience selling technology, payment, fleet-management, fuel, logistics, telecom, SaaS, or related business solutions is an advantage, but it is not mandatory.

A university degree is not required. We value demonstrated ability, relevant experience, discipline, and results.
