Job descriptions & requirements
Lead learning-science integration for the Fellowship and provide technical advisory support to participating EdTech founders.
- Contribute to fellowship learning framework and training modules.
- Run diagnostics and advisory sessions across 8 Rwanda-based EdTech companies.
- Align tools with Rwanda CBC and local constraints, including low-bandwidth settings.
Support startup founders with growth strategy, market positioning, investor readiness, and operational execution.
- Shape entrepreneurship curriculum and mentorship for the cohort.
- Guide business model validation, go-to-market plans, and sustainability.
- Deliver progress briefs and final recommendations for future cohorts.
Drive data systems, reporting dashboards, and monitoring and evaluation across digital inclusion initiatives.
- Track metrics such as enrollment, completion, and employment outcomes.
- Lead M&E framework strengthening and periodic evaluations.
- Support 1MRC platform analytics and program improvement insights.
