Carry out and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance plans, manage contracts (budgets and costs), supervise and coordinate technical teams, liaise with clients, and maintain communication with suppliers.
Job Requirements And Competencies Profile
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Maintenance;
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in maintenance contract management (facilities management) and contractual management;
- Technical knowledge in HVAC, Hydraulics, and Electricity;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools;
- Fluency in English;
- Leadership skills;
- Initiative and proactiveness;
- Planning and organizational skills;
- Customer orientation;
- Availability for mobility.
