We're building the future of property management in Rwanda and we need someone in Kigali to help us get there.
DomLift is a property management app built for Rwandan landlords. It helps them manage their properties, collect rent, handle repairs, run inspections and stay in touch with tenants, all from their phone. We're live on iOS, Android and web and growing fast.
About the role
You'll visit landlords across Kigali, show them the app and help them get started. You'll manage our social media, create content and support our users. You report directly to the founder. This is not a desk job. Your results determine your income.
What you will do
- Visit landlords in Kigali and demonstrate the app in person and via WhatsApp
- Guide new landlords through setup and onboarding
- Convert registered landlords from free to paid
- Manage DomLift on Facebook, TikTok, Instagram and WhatsApp Business
- Create content in Kinyarwanda, French and English
- Handle customer support via WhatsApp and phone
- Send a weekly activity report every Friday
What we are looking for
- Based in Kigali, fluent in Kinyarwanda with good French or English
- Owns a working smartphone and laptop
- Comfortable with social media and basic digital tools
- Can work independently without being pushed
- Sales, real estate or content creation experience is a bonus
Compensation
- Fixed monthly salary, discussed privately
- 5,000 RWF per small landlord signup, 10,000 RWF per large one, no cap
- 20 signups a month means 140,000 RWF in commission on top of your salary
- Our goal is 500 landlords by December 2026. Commission alone exceeds 3,000,000 RWF if we get there
