Finance Manager

The ideal candidate will lead the company's financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, corporate policies, and Safal Group requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, business planning, and performance reporting.
• Manage treasury, banking relationships, cash flow, forex hedging, and working capital.
• Oversee financial accounting, statutory compliance, audits, tax matters, payroll verification, and insurance administration.
• Prepare financial reports, board papers, business review presentations, and management information reports.
• Strengthen internal controls, risk management, and corporate governance practices.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to drive high performance and continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• MBA will be an added advantage.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or CIFA.
• Registered member of a recognized professional accounting body.
• 10-15 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years leading and managing a finance team.
• Strong expertise in financial reporting, treasury, taxation, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance management.
• Manufacturing industry experience will be an added advantage.

• Sound commercial and business acumen.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.
