Role Description The Freelance Talent Sourcing Specialist is responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging qualified candidates for clients across technology and non-technology domains. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing candidates through online platforms and networks, screening profiles, conducting initial candidate outreach, and maintaining accurate records in talent pipelines. The specialist will collaborate with recruiters and hiring stakeholders to understand role requirements, support contract and rate discussions, and help drive a positive candidate experience. This is a full-time remote role, requiring strong self-management, responsiveness, and alignment with client timelines and expectations.

Qualifications

• Strong Recruiting and Procurement skills to identify, source, and engage suitable talent and manage candidate pipelines.
• Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with candidates, clients, and internal teams in a clear, professional manner.
• Proficient Analytical Skills to assess candidate suitability, interpret job requirements, and use data to improve sourcing strategies.
• Experience with Contract Negotiation to support discussions around compensation, contract terms, and candidate acceptance.
• Familiarity with online recruiting tools, job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple requisitions, and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, preferably in IT or related sectors, is highly beneficial.
• Relevant education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
