Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Kigali. The Graphic Designer will create and refine visual concepts for branding, marketing materials, digital content, and print collateral, ensuring consistency with client and internal brand guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include designing logos, layouts, and graphics; selecting and applying typography; preparing files for print and digital distribution; and collaborating with colleagues to meet project objectives and deadlines. The role also involves gathering requirements from stakeholders, iterating on feedback, and maintaining high standards of visual quality and accuracy across all deliverables.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for both print and digital media.
• Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to create cohesive visual identities.
• Candidates should possess skills in Typography to select, combine, and apply type effectively across designs.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design software (such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or equivalent) is beneficial.
• A portfolio demonstrating completed design projects and a clear design process is required.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment are beneficial.
• A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is advantageous, as is prior experience in a studio or agency setting.
