Hotel Maintenance Officer

Focus-Point Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a prestigious hotel in Kigali for a skilled and proactive Hotel Maintenance Officer.
Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on hotel facilities and equipment.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests.
• Maintain electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and mechanical systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Keep accurate maintenance records and coordinate with external contractors when required.
  

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Building Services, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in hotel or commercial building maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.
