Hr Assistant – Kigali

A reputable hotel is seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support the Human Resources department in delivering efficient HR and administrative services while ensuring a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist with attendance, leave, and personnel administration.
• Coordinate staff training and employee engagement activities.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential records.
• Support payroll preparation by providing accurate employee data.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide administrative support to the HR department.
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ HR experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of Rwandan labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
