INVITATION FOR BID – TRANSPORT SERVICES 

Background:

Africa Development Consultant Limited (ADC) is a consulting firm registered with the Rwanda Development Board (RDB), headquartered in Kisementi, Remera Sector, Gasabo District, Kigali City. ADC enables SMEs sustainably grow Rwanda’s economy and improve people’s lives, through offer comprehensive business development services that focus on the needs of the micro, small and medium enterprises. ADC is currently implementing Youth Entrepreneurship for the Future of Food and Agriculture (YEFFA)-AGRA project in the Eastern Province of Rwanda and hereby invites eligible and qualified transport companies to submit bids for the provision of transport services under a framework contract arrangement.

Scope of Services
The selected company will provide transport services using well-maintained vehicles suitable to transport ADC staff across districts of the Eastern Province of Rwanda. The services may occasionally extend to other parts of Rwanda depending on project needs.

Required Bid Documents. Interested bidders should submit:
• Company profile
• Copy of RDB registration certificate
• Valid tax clearance certificate and authorization certificate from RURA
• List of available vehicles with specifications
• Copy of vehicle insurance and inspection certificates
• Proposed transport rates/financial quotation clearly showing amount charged per day
• At least 3 references for similar assignments conducted

Contract Duration
The framework contract shall be valid for a period of one (1) year, renewable subject to satisfactory performance and mutual agreement.

Submission of bids and Deadline

Interested companies are requested to submit their bids together with all required supporting documents, scanned and combined into one PDF document, clearly titled: “Bid for Provision of Transport Services under Framework Contract”.
