INVITATION FOR BID – TRANSPORT SERVICES (SUV/VIP CARS, CARGO VEHICLES, TOURISM & TOUR GUIDE TRANSPORT, AND COASTER BUSES)

RwandAir, the national carrier of the Republic of Rwanda, is a fast-growing airline that has expanded its fleet and operational network beyond Africa to better meet customer needs and expectations.

In line with its operational requirements, RwandAir hereby invites eligible and qualified suppliers to submit quotations for Transport Services, covering SUV/VIP Cars, Cargo Vehicles, Tourism & Tour Guide Transport, and Coaster Bus hire across Rwanda.

 Terms and Conditions

• The tender will be awarded to the bidder determined to be responsive and whose proposal meets our technical expectations at least cost.
• The quotation should be valid for 120 days from the submission date. Quotations valid for a shorter period shall be treated as non-responsive and will be rejected.
• Quotations shall be submitted via E-supplier portal link; https://esupplier.rwandair.com/Account/Login/ RwandAir Supplier Portal no later than June 18th, 2026, at 10:00 am Kigali time. Quotations that arrive late will be rejected and will not be considered for evaluation. RwandAir however reserves the right to cancel this tender at any time before the Purchase Order is issued.
