OPENINGS/IT & Security Administrator
Overview
The IT & Security Team Member supports the company’s day-to-day technology operations while helping maintain strong security practices across all internal systems. This role provides hands-on technical support to employees, manages user access across critical business platforms, and supports localized office technology needs while ensuring systems remain secure, reliable, and well-documented. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys solving problems in a growing, fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities

  • IT Support & User Access: Provide day-to-day technical support for employee hardware, software, and internal tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Teams, Google Workspace, etc.).
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage IT setup for new hires, including device provisioning, account creation, and security standards for offboarding.
  • Device Management & Office IT: Configure, deploy, and maintain laptops and mobile devices. Support Kigali office connectivity and hardware.
  • Systems Administration & Documentation: Maintain IT documentation, internal procedures, and assist with system updates.
  • Security & Risk Management: Support security initiatives (phishing protection, MFA, etc.) and monitor for suspicious activity.

Qualifications (Required)

  • 1–3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or systems administration.
  • Experience supporting SaaS platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Google Workspace, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of user access management and device setup.
  • Basic understanding of IT security fundamentals.
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Qualifications (Preferred)

  • Experience supporting remote or distributed teams.
  • Familiarity with asset management systems.
  • Experience with localized office IT environments.

Employment Details & Compensation

  • Base Pay: RF 400,000 to RF 450,000 / month (Commensurate with experience).
  • Performance Incentive (2026): Up to 10% of Base Salary.
  • Bonuses: Discretionary quarterly team bonus based on milestones.
  • Benefits: Company-sponsored Health Insurance.
  • Location: Kigali, Rwanda.
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday (Standard Business Hours), weekends as needed for maintenance.
