This role is a strategic and operational position within EjoHeza focused on growing membership, increasing savings contributions, and using data-driven insights to improve member engagement and retention. The Lead, Registration & Savings will oversee registration, onboarding, savings operations, customer value management (CVM), data quality, reconciliation, and performance analytics while managing two direct reports and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires driving digital registration, improving activation rates, strengthening operational controls, managing partner service levels, and using business intelligence to identify opportunities for growth and process improvement. Ideal candidates should have a background in finance, economics, data analytics, or related fields, with experience in financial operations, customer lifecycle management, savings or pension administration, and data-driven decision-making, combined with strong leadership, operational excellence, and stakeholder management skills.
