The Manager, Coverage Expansion & Social Security Products is responsible for driving the growth and accessibility of social security services by designing, launching, and scaling innovative products and coverage expansion initiatives. The role focuses on increasing participation among underserved and non-traditional worker segments through product innovation, strategic partnerships, digital solutions, and data-driven decision-making. Working across internal and external stakeholders, the position leads efforts to enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and retention while supporting financial inclusion and advancing RSSB's mission of expanding social protection coverage across Rwanda.
