At Harambee, we're on a mission to tackle youth unemployment through innovative partnerships and scalable solutions. We are looking for a Manager: Talent Linkage & Engagement to lead the successful conversion of skilled youth into sustainable employment opportunities.

In this role, you'll ensure that the right talent is connected to the right employer at the right time, driving placement success, employer satisfaction, and long-term employment outcomes across Rwanda.

What You'll Do

• As our Talent Linkage & Engagement Manager, you will:
• Drive operational excellence across the talent linkage and engagement function
• Lead and optimise candidate pipelines to ensure timely placement into confirmed opportunities
• Partner closely with employer-facing teams to align talent supply with hiring demand
• Oversee candidate engagement, communication, and placement journeys
• Use data and insights to improve placement outcomes and employer satisfaction
• Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of candidate, placement, and employment data
• Lead and develop a high-performing Talent Linkage & Engagement team
• Champion equitable access to employment opportunities, including for marginalised youth

Your work will directly contribute to Harambee's mission of creating pathways to dignified, sustainable employment for thousands of young people.

What We're Looking For

You may be the ideal candidate if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related field
• 2-3+ years' experience in high-volume recruitment, talent acquisition, or workforce placement
• Proven success in candidate pipelining and delivering measurable hiring outcomes
• Experience working with hiring managers and recruitment panels
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
• Fluency in English (French is advantageous)
• A passion for youth development, employment, and social impact initiatives
