The Role

We are seeking a high-caliber Operations Manager to drive our firm’s operational excellence. In this pivotal role, you will streamline our daily workflows and strengthen our internal infrastructure, ensuring seamless business execution as the firm scales its strategic reach across the region

Core Responsibilities

Project Delivery: Champion the quality and timely delivery of strategic consulting reports and client mandates.

Business Development Support: Craft high-impact proposals and pitch decks; manage the firm’s professional presence and content on LinkedIn.

Operational Excellence: Build and optimize internal workflows using a digital-first stack (Notion, CRM, and AI-driven tools).

Strategic Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between senior leadership, global brand partners, and local stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years in a similar role (Consulting, Startup, or Executive Support).
• Bilingual Mastery: Professional fluency in English and French is essential.
• Tech Savvy: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and modern productivity tools.
• Execution Power: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams autonomously.
• Agility: Comfortable navigating interactions with diverse groups, from local vendors to international executives.
