Production Engineer - Blow Molding & Roto Molding

Company Details: OASIS HOLDINGS Ltd., is investing in Rwanda to revolutionisie the manufacturing of new age products including water tanks, septic tanks and other multi usage products.

Job description

·      Must have expereince and knowledge of operating blow molding machine especially for manufacturing water tanks upto 5000 Ltrs capacity as well as Roto Molding operations.

·      Especial care should be taken to reduce wastage.

·      Manage 100% up-time for the machine.

·      Mechanical and Electrical knowledge of the operations.

·      Spares and Consumables management.

·      Manpower management.

Job Responsibility:

· Performing all production and team assignments.

· Maintaining housekeeping.

· Starting, shutting down, monitoring, and adjusting Blow Mold & Roto Molding machines and related equipment.

· Running Blow mold and Roto Molding machines and associated equipment.

· Monitoring and recording all machine functions: temperatures, pressures, and speeds.

· Maintaining quality aspects such as weights, neck, weak spots, and leak checks

· Maintain the Spares and Consumables at optimum level all the times.

· Assist with training of new associates at the discretion of leadership may also be required and

· Other duties as assigned.

Education: CIPET diploma in Plastic processing is a MUST.
