JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Production Supervisor
Department: Production
Reports To: Operations Manager

Job Purpose
The Production Supervisor oversees daily production operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, safety
requirements and operational efficiency are achieved.

• Production planning and control
• Record control and reporting
• Work order management
• Raw material management
• Quality assurance
• Health, Safety and Environment
• Housekeeping
• Manpower management
• Order fulfilment and deliveries
• Security and asset protection

Qualifications
• Diploma in Animal Feed Manufacturing or related field. BSc preferred.

Experience
• Minimum 3 years relevant manufacturing or feed production experience.

Competencies
• Leadership, Quality Focus, Safety Focus, Communication, Planning, Time Management, Problem Solving, Basic
Mechanics and Electricity, Conflict Management
