Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kigali for a Project Planning & Management professional. The role involves overseeing project planning processes, implementing effective project controls, and conducting in-depth analyses to ensure project efficiency. The candidate will be expected to collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, maintain effective communication with stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of projects that align with organizational goals and strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Project Planning and Project Control to manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables effectively.
• Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities to evaluate data and propose actionable strategies.
• Proficiency in Planning techniques and tools for effective resource and time management.
• Excellent Communication skills for collaboration with teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Proven organizational skills and ability to work on-site in a high-performance, dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of public sector or institutional development processes is a strong asset.
• Master’s Degree in Project Planning and Management or a related field.
• Experience in managing projects within the context of governance or systemic change initiatives will be preferred.
