Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement public relations and communication strategies to enhance company image and reputation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media, government authorities, partners, and stakeholders.
- Manage company branding, publicity campaigns, and corporate communications.
- Prepare press releases, speeches, presentations, and official statements.
- Coordinate media interviews, press conferences, and public events.
- Monitor public opinion and manage crisis communication when necessary.
- Manage the company’s social media and public communication channels.
- Support marketing and business development activities through effective communication strategies.
- Ensure consistency of company messaging across all communication platforms.
- Organize corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities and community engagement programs.
- Prepare PR reports and evaluate communication campaign effectiveness.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in public relations, Mass Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
- Minimum 7years of experience in public relations or corporate communications.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in media relations and brand management.
- Excellent writing and content development skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media management tools.
