Iwange250 is a growing property and housing platform connecting landlords, property owners, and tenants across Rwanda. Our mission is to simplify the process of finding, listing, and managing rental properties while creating a trusted marketplace for housing solutions nationwide.
We are seeking a highly motivated, professional, and results-driven Real Estate Field Agent to represent Iwange250 throughout Rwanda.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard landlords, property owners, and property managers onto the Iwange250 platform.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and housing providers.
- Meet prospective tenants and assist them in finding suitable living spaces.
- Conduct property visits, inspections, and verification processes.
- Negotiate and facilitate rental agreements between landlords and tenants.
- Gather accurate property information, photos, pricing, and availability details.
- Represent Iwange250 professionally in meetings, property viewings, and business negotiations.
- Travel extensively across Rwanda to source and verify housing opportunities.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, property listings, and completed transactions.
- Work closely with the Iwange250 management team to expand the platform's housing inventory.
Requirements
- Based in Rwanda and willing to travel to any district when required. Transportation is compensated.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and conduct.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Experience in real estate, sales, business development, customer service, or related fields is an advantage.
- Comfortable using smartphones, mobile applications, and digital communication tools.
- Fluency in Kinyarwanda is required; English and French are an added advantage.
- Valid driving license is an added advantage.
