🌐 Role Overview

As a Remote Medical Interpreter (OPI/VRI), you will facilitate real-time communication between English speakers and speakers of your Target language in medical settings. Your role is essential in ensuring clear, accurate, and culturally appropriate communication.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Interpret live conversations ( Video and Over-the-Phone)  between patients and healthcare providers
• Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times
• Follow medical interpretation standards and guidelines
• Support effective communication across language barriers

✅ Requirements

• Fluency in English + Your Target Language (C1-C2)
• Strong listening, memory, and note-taking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, real-time environment

💻 Technical Requirements

• Stable home broadband connection (Min 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload – no 4G/5G)
• New Generation PC/Laptop with 8GB RAM or higher, Windows 10 or newer
• USB wired noise-canceling headset 🎧
• HD webcam & Backdrop for VRI assignments based on the account
