Remote Telesales Sales Agent (CES)

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Reports To: Operations Lead

We’re hiring on behalf of a client. Our client is a logistics and fulfillment company supporting businesses across Africa with warehousing, order processing, fulfillment and delivery services.

We are looking for a Telesales Sales Agent to join our client’s remote CES team.

Responsibilities

* Make 100+ calls daily and process at least 30 new ng>leads.

* Contact assigned leads, present products and convert interested customers.

* Handle objections and close sales professionally.

* Follow up with customers consistently.

* Maintain a minimum 50% confirmation rate and work towards 85% delivery success.

* Update CRM/spreadsheets accurately after every call.

* Take full ownership of assigned leads until a clear outcome is reached.

* Follow the approved sales process and submit daily reports.

* Escalate customer or order issues promptly.

Requirements

* Previous experience in telesales, call centre, telemarketing, customer service, inside sales or a similar role is an advantage.

* Strong spoken English and good communication skills.

* Confident telephone manner and good objection-handling skills.

* Comfortable working with daily targets and KPIs.

* Good computer, CRM and spreadsheet skills.

* Reliable internet and power backup.

* Able to work independently in a remote environment.

* Responsible, consistent and results-driven.
