easyHATCH Ltd ("the Company" or "the Client") operates a poultry farm in Cyuve Sector, Musanze District, Rwanda. The farm's continued development requires a dedicated medium-voltage (MV) grid connection and an on-site distribution transformer.
Following the Energy Utility Corporation Limited (EUCL)’s issued Supervision Quotation for the Power Supply to easyHATCH Ltd, setting out the technical design for the connection and a Bill of Quantities (BoQ) for the materials required. EUCL's quotation is for design supervision and final testing/commissioning oversight only.
!Purpose of this RFP
easyHATCH Ltd is seeking competitive proposals from qualified, RURA-approved electrical contractors to supply all materials, and to install, test and commission the complete MV/LV power supply infrastructure described in Section 2 below — including the supply, installation and commissioning of the 315 kVA transformer — in accordance with EUCL's approved technical design and Rwanda's electricity-sector technical standards, and to EUCL's satisfaction at final witness testing.
