Kepler College invites qualified and eligible companies to submit bids for the upgrade and improvement of the lightning protection system at Kepler College, located at KG 29 Avenue No. 16, Rusenyi Village, Murama Cell, Kinyinya Sector, Gasabo District, Kigali City, Rwanda.

Interested bidders may request the tender documents by emailing: procurement@keplercollege.ac.rw . Any queries or requests for clarification regarding this tender shall be addressed to: procurement@keplercollege.ac.rw .

The site visit is mandatory and shall be conducted by appointment, Monday to Friday, from the date of publication until November 16, 2026, between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. A maximum of two (2) representatives per bidder may attend the site visit.

Bids must be securely sealed, clearly marked with the tender title and reference number, and submitted in two (2) hard copies: one marked “ORIGINAL” and the other “COPY.” Bids must be delivered to the Reception Office of Kepler College, located at KG 29 Avenue No. 16, Kinyinya Sector, Kigali City, no later than Thursday, November 19, 2026, at 2:30 PM local time.

Bids will be opened on the same day, Thursday, November 19, 2026, at 3:00 PM local time, in the Kepler College Boardroom, in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.

Kepler College reserves the right to cancel this tender at any time before the contract is signed, in accordance with the applicable procurement requirements without incurring any liability to bidders.
