Role Overview

We are looking for smart, motivated Sales Agents to support our in-shop handset financing program. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with customers and helping them access affordable technology.

All you need is a smartphone and the ability to download and use our Point of Sale (POS) app—no complex setup required.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers in friendly and professional conversations
• Explain CreditHive’s affordable smartphone financing options
• Guide customers through a simple financial assessment to ensure responsible borrowing and avoid debt risks
• Assist customers in selecting a suitable mobile device
• Process applications through the POS app and wait for approval
• Initiate and activate approved devices
• Set up the phone for the customer, ensuring a smooth handover

Process Details

Each customer interaction typically takes 15–20 minutes from start to finish.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic smartphone proficiency
• Customer-focused mindset
• Sales-driven attitude with a proactive approach
• Android smartphone with a minimum of 4GB RAM
