The Opportunity ChatCash is an AI-powered conversational commerce platform that turns messaging apps like WhatsApp and Instagram into fully automated digital storefronts. We are looking for an energetic Marketing & Sales Specialist in Rwanda to help local merchants automate sales, process payments natively (MTN MoMo, Airtel Money, Visa, Mastercard), and build formal financial track records right from their chats.

What You’ll Do

• Acquire Merchants: Pitch and onboard Rwandan SMEs, informal traders, and social sellers currently operating on WhatsApp and Instagram.
• Drive Adoption: Run hands-on demos showing merchants how to use AI to generate product catalogs, track inventory via voice notes, and automate 24/7 customer replies.
• Promote Financial Inclusion: Educate business owners on how using ChatCash builds a digital transaction history, helping them unlock formal credit and banking services.
• Grow the Ecosystem: Build strong relationships with local trade groups and Rwandan merchant communities to scale our footprint.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of B2B sales, marketing, or business development experience within Rwanda's fintech or e-commerce sectors.
• Deep understanding of local retail behaviors, social commerce, and mobile money ecosystems like MTN MoMo and Airtel Money.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Kinyarwanda to seamlessly connect with local merchants.
• A proactive, results-driven mindset with a genuine passion for empowering small businesses.
