The Project
This is an opportunity to work on a state-of-the-art landmark project in Rwanda. Mace have been delivering PMC services on major aviation projects for several years, increasing passenger capacity and improving overall services
You’ll Be Responsible For

• Operates as part of the Senior Construction Delivery Team, taking direction from the Construction Lead and Project SLT while providing guidance and support to the wider delivery team.
• Drives business priorities through Construction to Production, Digital & Data adoption, and responsible business practices across site activities.
• Develops and executes short-term construction plans aligned to programme requirements, effectively coordinating with trade and subcontractors.
• Owns Health, Safety, Wellbeing, and Quality outcomes for assigned sections of the project, actively contributing to a positive onsite safety culture.
• Supports managers in leading focused forecast and lookahead meetings, providing authority, challenge, and direction where required.
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with the Client and Design CMT, ensuring robust QA processes through to final sign-off.
• Applies comprehensive technical expertise, ensuring Mace onsite standards are understood, accessible, and consistently implemented.
• Identifies and delivers continuous improvement initiatives while supporting net zero carbon transition through proactive carbon management and reduction actions.
  

You’ll Need To Have

• Membership of MCIOB / MAPM / MRICS / MICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development. 
• Experience leading parts of construction projects within large, diverse teams.  
• Experience of building relationships with key stakeholders.
