The Project
This is an opportunity to work on a state-of-the-art landmark project in Rwanda. Mace have been delivering PMC services on major aviation projects for several years, increasing passenger capacity and improving overall services
You’ll Be Responsible For

• Leads and manages the project MEP team through clear direction, professional conduct, and compliance with Mace standards, fostering a high-performance and respectful working environment.
• Holds accountability for the successful delivery of MEP services, including programme management, Health, Safety & Wellbeing, quality assurance, commissioning, and project completion.
• Builds and maintains strong working relationships with clients, consultants, trade contractors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective coordination and collaboration.
• Leads tendering activities, providing technical and commercial input to bid teams and sector leadership, and ensuring appropriate internal and external resourcing is identified and secured.
• Establishes and manages procurement strategies, ensuring specialist packages are procured to agreed scope demarcation, budget, and contractual requirements.
• Oversees MEP design management, reviews and coordination, ensuring compliance, constructability, commissioning readiness, and alignment with RIBA, BSRIA, embodied carbon, and operational energy requirements.
• Develops and implements project delivery, commissioning, and productivity strategies, proactively managing risk, programme interfaces, critical path issues, and driving continuous improvement through lessons learned.
• Provides leadership, performance management, coaching, and technical development to managers and professionals while supporting net zero carbon transition through proactive carbon management and reduction initiatives.
