Senior Officer, Registration

The Rwanda Social Security Board (RSSB) is seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Senior Officer, Registration to strengthen EjoHeza member onboarding, registration data quality, digital channel monitoring, and performance reporting. Reporting to the Lead, Registration & Savings, the role is responsible for managing the end-to-end registration pipeline across digital and assisted channels, ensuring accurate member records, maintaining high data quality standards, supervising Registration Officers, and supporting data-driven decision-making. The successful candidate will play a key role in improving registration efficiency, monitoring onboarding performance, resolving registration issues, and ensuring reliable member data to support operations, analytics, and social protection service delivery.
