The Project
This is an opportunity to work on a state-of-the-art landmark project in Rwanda. Mace have been delivering PMC services on major aviation projects for several years, increasing passenger capacity and improving overall services
You’ll Be Responsible For

• Engages, develops, and maintains strong internal and external stakeholder relationships, influencing key and senior stakeholders to secure alignment and outcomes.
• Manages project deliverables and oversees the effective implementation and governance of MaceWay Management Systems.
• Leads culture embedment strategies to drive consistent engagement, adoption, and effective use of management systems.
• Delivers system training sessions, webinars, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to support capability development.
• Creates, maintains, and updates system guidance documentation, user materials, and instructional videos.
• Manages system change, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives, identifying and implementing key business improvements.
• Provides leadership to a team of managers and professionals, ensuring clear structures, responsibilities, performance management, coaching, and technical development.
• Works collaboratively to support net zero carbon transition objectives, proactively identifying, managing, and reducing carbon emissions across work delivery.
