Senior User Experience Designer

Rwanda Social Security Board (RSSB) is seeking a highly creative and innovative Senior Experience Designer (Motion, UI, UX & AI) to join its Products team. The role focuses on designing intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences that enhance customer interaction with RSSB’s digital products and services. The successful candidate will combine expertise in UI/UX design, motion graphics, animation, and AI-assisted creativity to develop impactful digital solutions aligned with RSSB’s strategic goals and brand standards.

Reporting to the Head of Products, the Senior Experience Designer will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to create seamless digital experiences through user research, prototyping, motion design, usability testing, and AI-enabled interactions. The role also involves leveraging modern AI design tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Adobe Firefly to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and content creation.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in digital product design, motion graphics, design systems, and human-centered design methodologies, with proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Rive, and other modern design platforms. The position requires creativity, problem-solving skills, adaptability, collaboration, and the ability to thrive in Agile development environments.
