Tender Title: Promoting Agroforestry and Fruit Tree Production for Land Restoration and Improved Livelihoods

SOS CHILDREN’S VILLAGES RWANDA (SOS CV RWANDA hereby invites sealed bids from eligible bidders specialized in Production, Establishment & Agroforestry integration for land restoration and Livelihood improvement to submit their bids for the tender related to community engagement to promote agroforestry, tree nursery establishments to produce fruits a & agroforestry seedlings, tree planning along the contour lines, and monitoring and reporting survival rates and health of trees for three months. 

The tender is divided into three lots, namely, Lot 1: Promoting Agroforestry and Fruit Tree Production for Land Restoration and Improved Livelihoods - Mwiri sector, Kayonza District. Lot 2: Promoting Agroforestry and Fruit Tree Production for Land Restoration and Improved Livelihoods - Tabagwe sector, Nyagatare and Lot 3: Promoting Agroforestry and Fruit Tree Production for Land Restoration and Improved Livelihoods Nyarugenge sector, Bugesera. The bidders are allowed to bid for two lots but cannot be awarded to more than one lot. 

Participation is open on equal conditions to all companies specialised in the field of agriculture, agroforestry or community development particularly in seedlings as registered on the RDB registry activities and should not be on the blacklist record of any recognized national or international Institutions/organisations.

To obtain the tender document must submit proof of payment of 10,000 (Ten thousand Rwandan Francs non-refundable) paid to the account of SOS Children’s Villages Rwanda account number: 400418314910177 entitled SOS-CV RWANDA TRUST opened in BPR. The tender document and can be obtained by sending a request through E-mail: sos.procurement@sos-rwanda.org with a copy to sosbnc@sos-rwanda.org. N.B: (Physical documents are not acceptable). 

Well-presented bids, properly organised (in one pdf file) must be submitted to SOS CHILDREN’S VILLAGES RWANDA through e-mail: sos.procurement@sos-rwanda.org with a copy to sosbnc@sos-rwanda.org not later than 08th/06/2026, at 10:00 AM local time.Late bids shall be rejected.
