Tender title: PROVISIONAL OF STUDENTS’ TRANSPORTATION SERVICES UNDER A FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT

Impactful Schools Rwanda invites qualified and experienced transportation companies to submit their bids for the provisional of students’ transportation services under a framework agreement for its schools located in Kigali, Kayonza, Nyamagabe, and Gicumbi Districts.

The selected service provider will be responsible for the safety, reliability and timely transportation of students to and from the respective Impactful schools connecting to their areas of residents’ student Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point in accordance with the agreed routes, schedules, safety requirements and contractual terms.

Participation is open on equal conditions to all companies specialised in the field of transportation of the students.The companies must be registered with the Registry of the Republic of Rwanda and should not be on blacklist record of any recognized national or international Institutions/organisations. And must have fully authorisations issued by the Government of Rwanda regulation and Impactful Schools safeguarding and child protection policies. 

To obtain the tender document must submit proof of payment of 10,000 RwF of non-refundable paid to the account of SOS Children’s Villages Rwanda account number: 4493759704 in the names Impactful Solutions Rwanda, CBC opened in BPR. The tender document can be obtained by sending a request through E-mail: sos.procurement@sos-rwanda.org with a copy tofred.tumusiime@sos-rwanda.orgwith bank slip of payment fee of a tender document. 

Well-presented bids, properly organised, signed and stamped (in one pdf file) must be submitted to Impactful Solutions Rwanda e-mail: sos.procurement@sos-rwanda.org with a copy to fred.tumusiime@sos-rwanda.orgnot later than 20th/09/2026, at 11:00 AM local time.Late bids shall be rejected.
