In accordance to the Law N° 031/2022 Of 21/11/2022 governing Rwanda public procurement; The Centre for Impact, Innovation and Capacity Building for Health Information Systems and Nutrition (CIIC-HIN) invites qualified individual Consultants to submit their Technical and Financial proposals to provide the consultancy servicesfor “Community Health Workers (CHWs) module content formatting and digital adaptation”. More details on the services are provided in the Request for proposal (RFP) document. 

1. Consultancy will be conducted through Open Competitive Method (Simplified method)
2. The Consultant will be selected under Individual Consultants (IC) and procedures described in this RFP.
3. Proposals will be submitted physically (Technical and financial separately) by 21 September 2026 at 10:00 AM and opening will be conducted at the client premises on the same day at 10h30.
4. The Request for proposal (RFP) includes the following documents:

• Section 1 - Letter of Invitation
• Section 2 - Instructions to Consultants (including Data Sheet)
• Section 3 - Technical Proposal - Standard Forms
• Section 4 - Financial Proposal - Standard Forms
• Section 5 - Terms of Reference

2. Submission of proposals, all interested individual consultants must pay non-refundable fee as indicated in the Request for proposal (RFP) “Bid data sheet section”.
