TENDER TITLE: REHABILITATION WORKS OF TWO (2) BLOCKS OF TWENTY-DOOR LATRINES AT ECOLE PRIMAIRE KANUNGA, GITESI SECTOR, KARONGI DISTRICT, WESTERN PROVINCE.

ActionAid Rwanda hereby invites national tenders for “Rehabilitation Works of Two (2) Blocks of Twenty-Door Latrines at Ecole Primaire Kanunga, Gitesi Sector, Karongi District, Western Province.” Participation to the competition is open on equal conditions to all national companies or enterprises specialized in the field with a valid trading license.

The Tender Document may be obtained from ActionAid email: Actionaid.Rwanda@actionaid.org One day after submission of the bank slip of non-refundable fee of ten thousand Rwanda francs (10,000 Frw) deposited to the account N° 100000509258/00040-0043097-62 of ActionAid opened at Bank of Kigali. The tender document will be available from 05/06/2026 after submitting the bank slip on email: Actionaid.Rwanda@actionaid.orgnot later thanone day after submission of the bank slip.

The mandatory site visit is scheduled for Friday, 12/06/2026, at 10:00 AM. The visit will start from Gitesi Sector Office, Karongi District.

Well prepared bids written in English language, properly bound, and presented in 2 copies of which, an original and 1 copy in sealed envelopes will be submitted to ActionAid Rwanda Head offices in Remera, KG 178 ST, 5 Amahoro Village, RUKIRI II Cell, Remera Sector, Gasabo District, Near Amahoro National Stadium next to RSSB/CSS Building on Tuesday, 23/06/2026 at 10:30 AM. 

The opening of the bids will take place in a public session on the same day at 11:00 AM at the Actionaid conference-room. Late bids will be rejected.

NB: No construction company shall be awarded more than one construction tender at a time.
