DP World Logistics Ltd invites suitably qualified and experienced contractors to submit bids for the design and construction of a new logistics warehouse at its Masaka Facility in Kigali, Rwanda. This is a full turnkey (EPC) contract —the appointed contra ctor will be solely responsible for design, construction, MEP, approvals, and handover of a fully operational facility.
Scope of Works
- Architectural design & engineering drawings
- Full structural steel works (primary & secondary)
- Civil works —foundations, industrial floor slab
- Roofing: metal sheets, skylights, ridge ventilation; 7-8m height; middle -10m
- Loading bays, dock levellers & 10 m canopy
Minimum Qualification Requirements
- Valid RDB registration & TIN/VAT certificates
- Minimum 5 years' experience in
warehouse/industrial construction
- Demonstrated design -and-build (EPC/turnkey) capability
- At least 3 completed projects of min. 2,000 m² (last 7 years)
How to Apply
Interested contractors must submit:
- Site vis it: Upto 7th July from 9:00 am to 1 pm;
- Technical Proposal —company profile, track record, project methodology, proposed team CVs, HSE plan
- Financial Proposal —completed BOQ with unit rates, lump -sum total (RWF & USD), VAT itemized.
- External site works: truck apron, roads, drainage
- MEP: plumbing, fire suppression, fire alarm
- Electrical: LED lighting (min 50 lux), emergency, earthing
- Statutory approvals & building permits
- As -built drawings, O&M manuals & staff training
- Licensed structural and MEP engineers in the proposed team
- Audited financials for last 2 years + bank capacity evidence
- Valid employer's liability & public liability insurance
- Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) plan
