Role Description
The Volunteer Graphics Designer role is a remote 2-month contract role. The designer will only create visual assets that support CRF’s programs, campaigns, and storytelling, including social media graphics, event materials, mockups, and impact reports. The designer will help maintain consistent branding across channels, manage design files and templates, and contribute creative input to multimedia campaigns and impact reports.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Graphic Design, with experience creating visual content for digital and print platforms.
- Proficiency in Mockup Design and Branding to develop and maintain cohesive identities for programs and initiatives.
- Understanding of Typography, layout, and visual hierarchy for clear, accessible, and engaging communication materials.
- Ability to use industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, or similar software).
- Demonstrated creativity, attention to detail, and ability to follow and evolve brand guidelines.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to incorporate feedback and work with diverse teams.
- Interest in youth empowerment, gender equity, climate action, and education-focused initiatives.
- Relevant training or education in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field is an advantage; prior volunteer or nonprofit experience is a plus.
