Huming Internatinal Factory Ltd is currently seeking dedicated, hardworking, and well-mannered individuals to join our team in the following position:

Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and supervise all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
2. Ensure accurate recording and tracking of all incoming and outgoing stock.
3. Maintain proper stock levels and prevent overstocking, shortages, damage, and loss.
4. Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile them with inventory records.
5. Ensure the “No Document, No Movement” policy is strictly followed for all stock movements.
6. Maintain and update inventory cards, Excel records, and the company inventory management system.
7. Ensure proper labeling, arrangement, and safe storage of all products and materials.
8. Supervise warehouse workers, assign duties, and monitor their performance and attendance.
9. Coordinate with the Purchasing, Sales, Production, Finance, and HR departments regarding warehouse activities.
10. Verify the quantity and quality of goods received against delivery documents.
11. Ensure goods are issued only upon receiving properly authorized documents.
12. Investigate and report cases of missing, damaged, expired, or unauthorized stock.
13. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
14. Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and proper use of PPE within the warehouse.
15. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse and inventory reports.
16. Monitor loading and unloading activities to ensure goods are handled safely and correctly.
17. Control access to the warehouse and ensure only authorized personnel enter restricted areas.
18. Safeguard company property and immediately report suspected theft, fraud, or misuse of warehouse materials.
19. Ensure proper documentation and filing of all warehouse records.
20. Perform any other warehouse-related duties assigned by management.
