Warehouse Manager-rwanda

ey Responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse operations and staff supervision
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy
• Coordinate receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
• Ensure timely delivery and proper documentation of stock movements
• Implement warehouse safety and security procedures
• Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
• Prepare warehouse reports and operational updates
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Rwanda labor and safety regulations

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of warehouse management experience
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems
• Experience in team leadership and warehouse operations
• Good communication and organizational skills
